Getaway along the Marne
After several outings only in Paris, I felt the urge to photograph something else. So I ventured into Seine-et-Marne, towards places that I don't visit often.
After wandering between Fontenay, Le Perreux and Nogent, I finally reached the Marne, which, due to the rains of the week, was in flood. The place, usually stormed on sunny days, was completely deserted. The gray sky reinforced the appearance that I find a little dilapidated of the banks of the Marne.
Saint-Germain-des-Prés
Finally, a big first since the beginning of these Photographic Chronicles, the sun showed the tip of its nose. I took the opportunity to make a little excursion around Saint-Germain and visit the Eugène Delacroix Museum.
