Is included in the price of the service: a photo session executed by Lo Kee, for a duration of approximately two hours.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.

​

Payment must be made before the start of the session.

Either by bank transfer or by payment by SUM UP link, it is also possible to pay for the workshop in cash or by credit card at the start of the workshop.

​

In the event that you wish to cancel the session when you have already paid its amount. I undertake to reimburse you for the full payment minus any transaction costs.

In the event that I could not honor the workshop on the agreed date, I undertake to offer you a new date or to reimburse you for the entire service minus any transaction costs.

Leaving the session before the end of it and for any reason whatsoever, does not open to a partial refund or a total refund.

Similarly, considering that no photo suits you for printing or that the quality of the latter does not suit you, does not open to a partial refund or a total refund.

All claimants to the service must hold civil liability.

​

I cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage to any of your property, nor in the event of an accident on you or others causing injury or death.

​

By participating in the service, you therefore waive all legal action against me or my company.
